CPCM uses both a physical token system and a card system to play games. Rhythm games use the card system.

The CPCM Member Card costs $1 and can be used for all games, and the balance is transferable between CPCM outlets in Singapore.

There are multiple top-up promotions that give a better deal when adding more value to your card in a single transaction.
